IRCTC has mandated that the Users who books the train tickets in 3rd party sites like Cleartrip, Makemytrip, NGPAY should have the User Id registered with IRCTC. During ticket booking by giving the existing User Id of IRCTC or registering the new User Id only the user can book ticket.
